All guests must complete a health declaration within 24 hours before they visit. Please complete the form by clicking here or check signage when you arrive.
We are following St Louis City Department of Health requirements for masks:
• Dept of Health requires guests 9 years and older to wear masks
• If you have a preexisting health condition which makes you unable to wear a mask, we will provide a free face shield to wear while you are visiting.
• Guests are allowed to remove or lower their masks/face coverings when practicing good social distancing of 6 feet or more when eating or drinking.
Capacity is significantly reduced to provide for social distancing.
Advance reservations (for guests and pass holders) are required to manage capacity limits.
No discounts can be accommodated at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to the reservation time but not after. If you are not feeling well and need to reschedule, please contact us at 314.923.3900 at your earliest convenience.

No guest will be admitted to the Aquarium prior to their reservation time.
Additional hand sanitizer stations will be found throughout the Aquarium including at the entry, exit, and restrooms.
The Aquarium is maintaining its high standards of cleanliness and all high-touch surfaces like windows, railings, restrooms, and elevators are being continuously cleaned.
Physical distancing is strongly encouraged and floor decals throughout the facility will help guests to gauge their distance.
Guests will follow a dedicated, one-way flow throughout the Aquarium.
Touch pools, Otter Chat and animal presentations will be available.
Fish ID touchscreens, Scavenger Hunt touchscreens, and the Train Experience (on busy days) are not going to be available.
Restrooms are available throughout the Aquarium and we encourage guests to maintain physical distancing while accessing them.
Although safety precautions as to your visit are taken by the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station, every visitor is responsible for his or her personal safety and that of children or others under their supervision. In consideration of access to St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station visitors (a) agree to comply with our policies and instructions, including those on signage, (b) understand and agree that the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has recently infected individuals in the St. Louis area, that it is contagious and that it can spread to persons in any number of ways, (c) agree that they assume responsibility for any injury (including personal injury, disability or death), illness, damage, loss claim, liability, or expense arising out of or related to COVID-19 experienced or contracted in connection with a St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station visit, (d) that they waive and release all claims against St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station and its commissioners, officers, employees, volunteers and agents relative to the foregoing matters, and (e) that they agree that St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station is legally entitled to sovereign immunity regarding to any such claims.
Watch for floor decals throughout queue lines and around touch pools and interactives to help guests maintain appropriate social distancing while exploring the attractions.
Due to additional safety measures, changes in operation may result in limited or no access to certain offerings. Touch pools, Otter Chat, the Train Experience (on certain days), Virtual Reality sandbox, and animal presentations are all open and available. Fish ID touchscreens and Scavenger Hunt touchscreens are not going to be available.
We are only accepting contactless payment methods and the use of debit/credit cards to combat the spread of COVID -19.
If you or someone in your party is sick and you need to exchange dates for your tickets, you may use these tickets for a future date within 90 days of the original visit date. Complete the ticket exchange request form here. You must submit the exchange request at least 24 hours in advance of the date you would like to visit. Day of exchange requests can only be managed at the ticket counter, and there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate the exchange.

We have extended Annual Passes by three months to ensure you enjoy your entire year of benefits at the St. Louis Aquarium. The extension was automatically applied to any annual pass that was activated prior to our closure on March 16, 2020. We will be in touch with you regarding renewals the month prior to your new expiration date.
During our reopening, we have reduced the number of tickets available to adhere to City of St. Louis restrictions. Therefore, we are temporarily asking annual passholders to reserve a timed entry time. Click here, select the date and time you would like to visit and the quantity of tickets available to you through your pass. When you checkout, simply enter the pass numbers for each ticket and you are all set!
