The St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station is working hard to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, team members and animals. Please familiarize yourself with the regulations outlined below. If you still have questions, check out the FAQs below or contact us at email@example.com.
If you or someone in your party is sick and you need to exchange dates for your tickets, you may use these tickets for a future date within 90 days of the original visit date. Complete the ticket exchange request form here. You must submit the exchange request at least 48 hours in advance of the date you would like to visit. Day of exchange requests can only be managed at the ticket counter, and there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate the exchange.
If you had a reservation for the dates when we were closed, please know that we would be happy to reschedule. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have extended Annual Passes by three months to ensure you enjoy your entire year of benefits at the St. Louis Aquarium. The extension was automatically applied to any annual pass that was activated prior to our closure on March 16, 2020. We will be in touch with you regarding renewals the month prior to your new expiration date.
During our reopening, we have reduced the number of tickets available to adhere to City of St. Louis restrictions. Therefore, we are temporarily asking annual passholders to reserve a timed entry time. Click here, select the date and time you would like to visit and the quantity of tickets available to you through your pass. When you checkout, simply enter the pass numbers for each ticket and you are all set!
