If you or someone in your party is sick and you need to exchange dates for your tickets, you may use these tickets for a future date within 90 days of the original visit date. Complete the ticket exchange request form below. You must submit the exchange request at least 48 hours in advance of the date you would like to visit.
Your request will be processed in the order in which it was received, and you will receive an email confirming your rescheduled date once processed. All tickets will be left at Will Call. Day of exchange requests can only be managed at the ticket counter, and there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate the exchange.
